By accessing this website or registering for a race, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation in a virtual race is voluntary. You acknowledge that running or walking involves inherent physical risks.

You agree that:

• You are medically able to participate
• You participate at your own risk
• You choose your own location and conditions
• Runs For A Purpose is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages

Race Completion

‍

Participants may complete their race at any time during the listed race dates and at any location of their choosing.

Participants are responsible for tracking and submitting their own results.

Shipping of Race Materials

‍

Race medals and optional merchandise are shipped to the address provided during registration.

Runs For A Purpose is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered by participants
• Postal delays
• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Refund Policy

‍

Race registrations are non-refundable unless a race is canceled by Runs For A Purpose.

Donations and Charity Contributions

‍

Some races allow participants to collect donations where 100% of donations go to the designated charity. Other races contribute a portion of event profits to the charity. Runs For A Purpose does not guarantee any specific fundraising amount.
